I have been using this program and other readdress apps for about 4 years and have loved the apps up till this moment. I hope you fix this fast or I will have to find another program since I cannot reliably use it in the current state. I now only have 4 out of the seven menu items I had previously. In addition, I have a premium subscription and even though I select the restore button under settings, my premium features are not restored. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app a number of times but it has not resolved the problem. I constantly have to restart my sentence only for the form to refresh again and restart the process. I use this daily for work and while typing into a pdf tillable form, it keeps refreshing or reloading every few seconds, sending me out of the fillable box and not filling what I have typed.
